A space where a child's true self blossoms.

Inner fulfillment that frees one from external validation, allowing one to stay true to oneself.
We are a...
Micro school - A close-knit community, with no more than 50 students, where every child feels seen, valued, and genuinely cared for.
Nature school - A peaceful retreat to reconnect with one’s true essence as one sits by the Then Pennai river, walks through the woods, and witnesses nature’s quiet wisdom.
Student-run school - Students take ownership of all aspects of school life, managing petty cash, campus upkeep, kitchen, café, farm, store, tailoring unit, and other maker units.
Sustainable school A self-sufficient community where we make instead of buy. Every need, from paper to soap, food, and costume is an opportunity for learning.
Inner fulfillment that frees one from external validation, allowing one to stay true to oneself.
Practical skills and a deep sense of responsibility.
Resourcefulness and the confidence to bring ideas to life.
Practical skills and a deep sense of responsibility.
Growing up surrounded by nature’s harmony, presence, and abundance.

Not just a job
“Your authentic place and work in life is not just a job, nor a career a vocational counselor recommends, nor a social role.
It is one in keeping with your vital core.
It is not defined by the deeds you perform but by the qualities of soul you embody, nor by your physical, social, or economic achievements, but by the true character you manifest.
Neither by your capacity to conform to the masses, nor by your ability to rebel against the mainstream.
It is defined by the unique way in which you perform your
giveaway to the world.”
- Excerpt modified from the book Soulcraft by Bill Plotkin
We believe in creating a unique facilitating role for each one, where what you love meets what students need just as Frederick Buechner says: “Where our deepest gladness meets the world’s hunger.”
The possibilities are endless and it begins with an alignment of intentions.

Alongside our facilitators, we welcome a range of expert practitioners at the forefront of their fields — authors, engineers, artists, and entrepreneurs share their passion, skill and real-world expertise with our students.
Facilitators thoughtfully select a lineup of experts based on students' interests and projects for the year. Experts lead immersive experiences, enriching children’s learning with firsthand insights and mentorship.
Who we seek
One with a strong urge to work in education. Passionate and skilled in a certain field of craft (say farming, art, cooking or technology). Reflective and serious about inner personal growth.
Live your craft
Share the passion, nuances, and science of your craft and at the same time guide and support children in their learning goals (be it Math, Language, or a project that they are working on).

Role of Parents

Parents and grandparents are active co-creators in the Soulful journey. They enrich the learning environment, extending love, care, and insight to all children. They contribute their unique skills, participate in meaningful projects, and foster a genuine sense of family within the community. Through their involvement, they help drive solutions, strengthen local capabilities, and build sustainable initiatives that uplift and connect everyone involved.
